Stock Management

Keeping accurate stock counts ensures you never sell a product you don’t have.

Inventory Policy

For each product or variant, you can choose an inventory policy:

• Track Quantity: AiCart tracks each sale and subtracts it from your available stock.
• Don’t Track Quantity: Useful for digital products or made-to-order items.

Out of Stock Behavior

When stock reaches zero, you can choose to:

1. Stop selling: The product will show as “Out of Stock” on the storefront.
2. Continue selling: Allow customers to purchase (backorder).

Bulk Editing

You can update stock for multiple products at once using the Bulk Editor in the Inventory section.
