Shipping & Delivery

AiCart allows you to configure flexible shipping rates and integrate with couriers to deliver your products to customers.

Shipping Profiles

Shipping profiles allow you to charge different rates for different products or locations.

General Profile

Every store comes with a General Profile. This contains the default shipping rates for all your products.

1. Go to Settings > Shipping.
2. Click “Manage” next to General Profile.
3. Add Shipping Zones (e.g., “Domestic”, “International”).
4. Add Rates for each zone (e.g., Free Shipping over $50, Flat Rate $5).

Courier Integration

You can integrate with shipping carriers to calculate real-time rates at checkout.

Adding a Courier Account

1. In Settings > Shipping, scroll to Carrier Accounts.
2. Click “Connect Carrier Account”.
3. Select your provider (e.g., FedEx, DHL, USPS).
4. Enter your account credentials.
5. Your customers will now see live shipping rates based on weight and destination.

Local Delivery & Pickup

If you sell locally, you can offer:

• Local Delivery: Set a delivery radius and fee for customers near you.
• Store Pickup: Allow customers to pick up orders from your physical location for free.
