Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancelation

You may cancel your AiCart subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

2. Risk-Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for all new stores. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Monthly Plans: We generally do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
  • Annual Plans: If you cancel an annual plan within 30 days of payment, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of the year.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience a critical technical failure that prevents you from using our service, and we are unable to resolve it, you may request a refund.

  • Reason for the request

We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
