By accessing or using AiCart, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AiCart for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Determining “Prohibited Content” (e.g., malware, illegal goods) is at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to terminate accounts found in violation.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of your store data and content.
  • Our Content: AiCart and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright laws.

5. Subscription & Fees

  • Use of AiCart requires a subscription fee.
  • Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
  • Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AiCart be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AiCart operates.
